Born in Northern New Mexico, Tomas Romero found his passion of music through none other than Guitar Hero. Having played for countless hours, he decided “ Why not pick up a real guitar?” At the age of 15, he began teaching himself guitar through heavy metal artists such as Slipknot, Lamb of God, Trivium, Metallica, Machine Head, etc. Self taught and the drive to learn more about the instrument, he decided to study music at the University of New Mexico under guitarists Benjamin Silva, Michael Anthony, Michael Chapdelaine. Having obtained his Bachelors in Music and Psychology, Tomas has released classical and instrumental hip hop music and strives to learn more about music production having fought addiction, heartbreak, amongst other events that have transpired. Small town kid, big dreams.
